Wow...I am behind!

I keep saying I am going to write a post....but life gets in the way !! Ha!! This will be a pictureless (is that even a word?) post. I have taken some pictures, and I will come back and add them soon. I decided I needed to go ahead and write about last week before I totally forgot it!!!

Last Monday we came home from school and just did homework, etc. There are very few times we can just come home!

Tuesday we went to visit Gran Gran and went to Cheer Cats.  I did walk Monday and Tuesday which was first since spring.

Wednesday Nana came and played, and then we headed to church. It was my first night to teach 2-3 year olds. We had 9!!!! Wow!! It was fun...though!

Thursday I had Girls' Night Out with some of my teacher friends. We always have a good time. We just went out to eat this time...which was different.

Friday we went to Memaw's and just "hung out" as we call it.

Saturday I got to stay home all day  (except for Wal-Mart)!!! I love just staying at home..I can be so productive!!!!!!!!! Ha!

Sunday we had "Third Sunday" at our house. We probably had around thirty people or so come eat. It is Norman's family..............so much fun and lots of memories were made. I do have pictures and will add them soon.

Today was just a normal school day....then home...to homework, piano, supper, baths, etc.  But I wouldn't change any part of it ...for anything in the world.

It's a Beautiful Day...

We walked out the door to church this morning and Emma Klaire (3) said, "It is a beautiful day!" and she was so right!

Hello everyone...guess I am not going to be posting as often as I would like. I just can't get it all done! This week was very busy again!!

Tuesday we had Parent/Teacher Night at school and dance. Wednesday we went to visit Gran Gran in her new home. She was doing well, and was tickled to see the girls. Ella Kate when straight into her room and started making sure things were straight and talking about how she could make things for her room. Then we ran home, ate quickly, and barely got to church on time. Whew!!! I am tired now just thinking about all of that. I am going to have to stop doing extra things on Wednesdays!

Thursday I had the girls pictures made. They did great! Hopefully will not have to hard of a decision. It is always such a chore for me to pick out pictures. When we got home Thursday night, I had to make sausage balls for my Grandparents' Day at school on Friday. Whew...again.

Friday we had Grandparents' Day at school. Ella Kate did also. Nana, D, Memaw, and Pepaw were all able to attend hers. Mrs. Patterson did a great job, and everyone enjoyed the celebration. It will probably be the last one she will have. They usually don't do things like that after third grade.

Saturday the girls went to Katelyn's and Abby's birthday party. Then we went to Hayden's Day. It was a benefit for sweet Hayden. It was very successful and so much fun! As we were leaving, Ella Kate said, "That was fun! I wish they would do that every Saturday night!!!!"   Ha!

Today has been church and rest.. Oh yeah....

A Week with Family Part 2

Sunday we went to Nana's church. I was so shocked...Ella Kate went to children's church and Emma Klaire stayed in the nursery! (Lori .....can you believe that!!!!) They are growing up..

After church, we all went to Logan's to eat. So good! Then KK, JC, the girls and I went to Gran Gran's house while she went through some things. It was sad....Gran Gran is going to extended care. Hopefully she can come home when she wants to some......but for the most part this will become her home! It is not what anybody wanted, but it was the best option. So I took lots of pictures....we plan to go see her Wednesday. She got moved in today, and they say she is doing well. Oh by the way, she will be 95 in November.

Today Norman, the girls, and I just stayed at home. KK and JC stopped by on their way back home...so sad to see them go...but glad they are happy:)

We grilled chicken and corn and had a wondeful supper.

A Week With Family

I haven't blogged since last Monday, and I have so much to update. I guess I will do it by days. I also have lots of pictures...hopefully I can use all of them. :)

Tuesday after school we went to visit with William at Nana's. The girls had so much fun....then on to Cheer Cats.

Wednesday we visited with William again at Nana's before heading to church!

Thursday after school Nana and William came and swam with us. Then we waited for the rest of the family to arrive. D and Bec Bec came...and JC and KK!!!! We had everyone here all at one time. That doesn't happen very often around here anymore.

Friday William flew out. After school we went to visit Gran Gran at Aunt Bobbie's and Uncle Larry's and ended up eating supper there. Their humming birds are amazing. Seriously there are around 60 or so at a time.  Absolutley Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After that KK came to our house to play, and JC went to the football game with Norman and T.

Saturday was an beautiful day!!!!!!!!!!! So D, Nana, KK, JC, Ella Kate, Emma Klaire, and me went to the lunch and to the park. (Norman went to the MSU game all day.) We had lots of fun. After the park, we played at Nana's, ate supper there, and then came home exhausted. So much fun though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The girls had a fit over the baby ducks. There were three!

I think I will do Sunday and today on another post.
