A Family Shower

In May, I helped give a bridal shower for Paula Sims and Zach Matkins. Zach's daddy and Norman are first cousins. The girls had fun helping decorate and make posters. Zach and Paula are now married, and they had a beautiful wedding.


         We had a great turn out. These are just some random pictures, and not everyone that attended is shown.

Where has Summer Gone?

Wow!....in two day I start back to school. We have had an awesome summer. I haven't blogged much at all, but I will get caught up one day. We plan on spending our last two days hanging out at the pool and just being with each other. We are not looking forward to getting up early and having a schedule. However, new beginnings are always exciting. I can't believe that Ella Kate will be in the 5th grade!!!!!!

Ella Kate played several pieces. Her hymn was "Tis so Sweet to Trust in Jesus." It was so pretty. This summer she played it at church while her daddy sang. PRICELESS!!

A TRIP TO THE ZOO

                    I am still trying to catch up on my blogging. I have posted several posts today, and I hope to get caught up in the next few days. We went to the zoo at the end of March.
